User FAQs

  • Simply click here to request a forgotten password link to be sent to your registered email address.

  • Please speak to your company training manager who can edit your email address for you.

  • If the login screen does not let you type in your email or password it is likely you are using an outdated web browser such as Internet Explorer. Please use a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.

Admin FAQs

  • You need to have Admin permission to see these options. If you are an Admin you can click here to your ClickHSE management dashboard.

  • You need to make sure you have allocated these courses to yourself. Go to Course management > Allocate course manual to do this

  • ClickHSE uses a very robust email system so the likelihood is the email has actually been sent. Please check the email address for the user and also ask the user to check their Junk/Spam folders.
