Natasha’s Law and food allergy labelling training course

The UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law, came into effect on the 1st of October 2021.

This requires food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods prepackaged for direct sale on the premises.

The legislation was introduced to protect allergy sufferers and give them confidence in the food they buy.

Our Food Allergies awareness course has been updated to include reference to this important piece of new legislation.
