My users name does not appear when I am allocating a course manually?

 

As an Administrator there are occasion when you want to allocate a course to a user manually but your do not see the users name appear on the list.

This is normally because the user has already been allocated the course license. The list that is generated only shows user who have not yet been given this course license.

e.g. Those users with that course license already allocated to them will not appear.

To check if the user has already been given the license:

  • User management > View users

  • Find the user on your user list

  • Next to the user click the ‘Training Card’ button

This will show all course licenses that the user has already been allocated.
