"Having worked with AT&F Solutions for over 10 years I have always found their training programs to be both informative and fun! The fire training program has been likened to playing a game of Monopoly (without the buying and selling of houses and hotels!) as our employees have enjoyed working around the rooms to aid their learning.

Most recently we have appointed AT&F Solutions to assist in drawing up a company Fire Risk Assessment template and we utilised a days training using one of our hotels as the model to take our hotel Fire, Life & Safety Reps through the contents of the assessment process. Following this process we then invited AT&F Solutions to run a Fire Marshall program and we all felt the day was very informative and enabled us to have the confidence to put out a fire in the event of needing to.

We at Siemens VDO Automotive Ltd assigned AT&F as the provider of Maintenance and Training for our business to ensure that we were in total compliance of Fire Regulations.

We have now been in partnership for eight years and AT & F have provided on site Fire Marshal Training, Fire Extinguisher maintenance together with In the Line of Fire software package and Risk assessment training.

All our 30 Fire Marshals undergo on site training by AT&F and all 300 employees undertake the In the Line of fire software training and examination.

We sourced the market place for twelve months for a suitable package that would be suitable for all employees from cleaning and production staff up to middle and senior management and as a result our relationship with AT&F was born.

The general feedback from employees is that all the physical and software training packages are in depth but interesting which enables annual refresher training to be a privilege rather than a task.

As a result of the forever updates of regulations within industry we will be expanding our relationship with AT&F by taking on board the remaining software and risk assessment training packages they offer for Display Screen, Falls Trips and Slips, General Health and Safety and Lifting and Handling.

We as an automotive company are audited externally numerous times each year and our business is always complimented on the professionalism of our procedures and adherence to detail in respect to Fire Prevention.
