How do I know which licence is best for me?

If you are looking to train a number of staff greater than 100, then a company licence account is best for you. If your staff numbers are less than 50, then we have a choice of two SME bundles, however, if you are looking to train just yourself, then our online e-shop is best for you; here you can buy a single user licence. Click on our Prices tab for more details

How long does a licence last?

All company and SME accounts have 12 months unlimited use, single licence holders are granted one month unlimited use which is more than adequate to complete your course and test certificate.

How do I access the course?

Access is via any PC with internet connection; this can be at home or work. Each company account is provided with its own secure connection to our online LMS.

What happens if I forget my user ID and Password?

You can contact your account administrator and he or she can reset this for you; when you receive your new password you can then go into edit and change it. DO not re-register. If you have difficulties in locating your account manager, then you can contact our support team and we will look into re-setting your details on their behalf.

Can I add additional courses to my account at any time?

Yes, you can add additional courses at anytime, simply contact our sales team and instruct them what course/s are of interest and they will inform you as to the cost based on your licence requirements.

Do you offer customisation?

Yes. We can customise any of our courses; cost to do so will depend on how much customisation is required. We are happy to provide you with a no obligation cost and work with you based on your available budgets.

How long will it take to complete a course?

This depends on each trainee, however, most courses take approximately 45 minutes to complete, each course offers book marking, therefore, you can do bite sizes based on available time. When you return to your course you will have your progress book marked.

How do i print my training certificate?

You will see a view history/print certificate button on your course home page. Click on this button and you will see your entire history for that course along with the option to print your cert; please note you will need an up to date Adobe PDF reader to download your cert

I bought a sinlge licence and when I login I dont have any courses assigned to my name?

Single licences have one months access from the date of purchase; if you have not accessed the course during this time period the course will go into sleep mode. Please inform our support team and we will reactivate the course for you. Please raise a support ticket: https://atfsolutions.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

Can I run my course on my iPad?

Most of our courses require flash player, which iPads do not support, unless you have a flash player app like Photon Flash

  • Using this app will allow you to run a flash based course on your iPad. However, all our courses are being revamped in order to run on all mobile and tablet devices, even your smart phones. Theses courses have the mobile icon displayed.
